Cookie Calculator Rx

The Cookie Calculator is a way to estimate the cost of a batch of cookies and document the ingredients and time used.  The goal of the Calculator is to do this quickly (excel does the math) and keep the information organized.

The Cookie Calculator is designed for home kitchens and is based on imperial ingredient units used with domestic packaging.

Some ingredients are sold by volume, some by weight and some by "each".  It is not handy to convert and calculate all these various units.  This is especially true when the manufacturers package ingredients in seemingly random amounts.  The Cookie Calculator helps with that.
